For larger projects I will be happy to meet with you, discuss your project and provide a free estimate.
For smaller jobs it is usually not practical for me to meet with you first and provide an estimate. For these jobs I prefer to charge my hourly rate. However, I will be happy to provide you with my best "guesstimate" of the job cost, over the phone.
